Roberto Firmino transfers has planned to leave the club for the good, by not signing the Renewal contract with Liverpool. Robert Firmino has completed eight successful years in the club. In 2015, the Brazilian player had completed his transfer for Hoffenheim to Liverpool with £21.3m deal.
Klopp had expressed several times that he wanted to work with Firmino beyond this summer, but the player has now decided to leave with his next move still undecided.
He became the highest-scoring Brazilian striker in Premier League history in 2019 and now has 78 goals in the top flight.
Firmino has won seven titles with Liverpool, among them the Champions League in the 2018/19 season and the Premier League title a year later.
This season, Firmino has struck nine times and contributed four assists although has struggled with injury.
Klopp to Confirm Roberto Firmino Transfers
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has been notified of Firmino’s decision, but the subject of the Brazil international’s future was not raised during Friday’s press conference.
Earlier this year, Klopp had expressed his desire for Firmino to continue at the club beyond June.
He has scored 107 goals in 353 total appearances for Liverpool and alongside fellow-forwards Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane was key in helping Liverpool win the Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2019 as well as the Premier League in 2020.
“He is really important, the link-up play, in tight areas and how we want to play,” Klopp recently said of Firmino.
“Maybe he wouldn’t fit right with all the clubs in the world but to most definitely because having a player with his footballing intelligence, you can develop the game from here and score… He is so unselfish on top of that, and you don’t get that very often. He is a great player.”

Firmino has seen his playing time reduced in recent months since the arrivals of Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez.
He was not included in Brazil’s 2022 World Cup squad and has also been left out of the Brazil squad for the international friendly against Morocco on March 25.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp had said he wanted Firmino to stay with the club and, while the player had been in discussions over a new contract, he has chosen to move on.
The Brazilian’s playing time has been limited recently due to muscle injuries and the arrivals of Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo.
Firmino, who is held in high regard by Reds fans, played in the centre of Liverpool’s iconic attacking trio – flanked by Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, who left the club to join Bayern Munich last year.
Together they helped Liverpool lift their first English league title in 30 years when they won the Premier League in 2019-20.
Firmino has made 26 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring nine goals and providing four assists.

Liverpool are sixth in the Premier League standings and take on Manchester United on Sunday.
It’s understood that Firmino has not yet settled on his next destination as he gets set to become another high-profile departure on a free transfer under Klopp that includes Emre Can, Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana, Divock Origi and Gini Wijnaldum.
No player has featured more for Klopp during a managerial career that has spanned over 1000 games, with the Brazil frontman turning out 345 times for the German at Liverpool.
Midfield has been earmarked as the area of the squad Klopp is most keen to strengthen and with Diaz, Nunez and Gakpo all supporting Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah, Firmino’s high wages are likely to be utilised elsewhere.
Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are two more who could depart as free agents at the end of the campaign with both midfielders’ contract into the final few months.
