ENG tour of NZ confirmed as NZC Announced Home Season Schedule
New Zealand cricket has announced the schedules for New Zealand 2024-25 home season which includes a three-test match series against England at the end of this year.
The home season starts with England’s test tour which will be played between November 28 and December 18. All three tests will played in three different Venues – Christchurch, Wellington, and Hamilton.
Following the tour, New Zealand will host Sri Lanka in a three-match T20I and ODI series between December 28 and January 11.
The Kiwis have a hectic schedule as they are set to travel to Pakistan to play in a Tri-nation ODI series between February 8 and 14, just before the Champions Trophy 2025 on the same soil.
After the Champions Trophy, New Zealand will be playing a five-match T20I and three-match ODI series against Pakistan on home ground played between March 16 and April 5.
England is currently involved in a three-match test against West Indies on a home tour, where Three Lions leads the series 1-0. James Anderson has retired from his international career after England’s dominating victory at Lord’s.
After the end of the tour, England will be playing in a three-match test series against Sri Lanka between August 21 and September 10.
England will be hosting Australia on a limited-overs tour with a total of eight matches to be played between September 11 and 25.
Following that, three Lions will travel to Pakistan to play a three-match test series in October before playing a three-match ODI series and a five-match T20I series against West Indies in the Caribbean.
