Moise Kean signs Deal permanently with Juventus

Juventus have signed Moise Kean from Everton on a permanent transfer for €28million.

Kean made a two-year loan move worth €7m in the summer of 2021 and the deal included an obligation for the Italian club to make the permanent if certain sporting objectives were met by the close of the 2022-23 season.

Juventus are now set to sign Moise Kean on a permanent basis from Everton, with his initial two-year loan deal close to conclusion.

Moise Kean Signs Deal

Kean had returned to Juve in the summer of 2021 on a two-year-long loan deal and the move had come about days after the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United. The Italian has not impressed too much for the Bianconeri, having struggled to become a regular for the side.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Juve now exercised the option to sign Kean permanently from Everton, with the player arriving on a permanent basis for €28 million and a maximum of €5 million in bonuses can also be paid. But that depends on the goals that he ends up scoring.

Kean had recently been sent off only seconds after coming on in the game against Roma and he has been fined and has been suspended for two Serie A games as well.

Juventus will pay everton for the agreed purchase quote, additionally 3m euros for the striker Services. He struggled to make an impact after arriving at the Goodison Park in 2019 and been in the psg club for the next two years. He has scored around 18 goals in 40 matches across all competitions.

Kean had scored five goals in 23 seria A match appearence in this season.

Juventus suffered a defeat at the hands of Roma at the Olimpico Stadium, consequently halting their momentum. In the final minutes, Max Allegri resorted to Moise Kean in the hopes of finding an equalizer.

But instead of finding the back of the net, the striker committed a howler that earned him his marching orders just 40 seconds following his introduction.

Following a provocative challenge from Giallorossi defender Gianluca Mancini, the Juventus forward replied with a deliberate leg kick.

Moise kean Ban on the League

Moise Kean has been banned for two matches after being sent off just 40 seconds after coming on as a substitute in Juventus’ defeat at Roma on the weekend, Serie A said on Tuesday. Striker Kean lost his head following a tussle with match-winner Gianluca Mancini after entering in place of Juan Cuadrado in the final minutes at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday. He booted the Italy defender to the ground before heading for the tunnel to the delight of the home fans.

According to Tutto Juve, the sporting judge has decided to give Kean a two-match ban in addition to a fine worth 10,000 euros.

For their part, Juventus had already punished the 23-year-old by taking away a fraction of his monthly wage.

The Italian attacker can count himself lucky, as this is the minimal suspension handed for a red card, let alone for violent conduct. But in the absence of any serious damage, the judge deemed it sufficient.

Hence, Kean will miss next Sunday’s encounter against Sampdoria at the Allianz Stadium, as well as the Derby against Inter in the following round.

But in the meantime, he’ll be at Max Allegri’s disposal for the double-header against Freiburg in the Europa League round of 16.

Juventus sit seventh in Italy’s top-flight after Sunday’s defeat, 12 points behind Roma and the Champions League positions.

Kean’s rapid red card was not the fastest in Serie A history, that honour being reserved for Giulio Migliaccio who lasted just 32 seconds of Atalanta’s win over Palermo in 2015.
