The 16-year-old Toni Fernandez has rejected the offer Juventus contract of 20 million euros and will return to play for Barca this summer. Toni has received many opportunities and has earned the full confidence of the manager Hansi Flick.
Having turned 16 years old last month, Toni Fernandez signed his first professional contract with Barcelona, committing to the club for three years until the end of the 2027 season. The youngster could have easily switched clubs as there were several top teams like Bayer Leverkusen and Manchester City interested in the youngster.
One such club is Juventus which tried to acquire the services of Toni with an attractive offer for him. Juventus have approached the 16-year-old forward with a very lucrative proposal as they offered him a four-year contract deal worth 20 million euros.
According to the report, Biancoeri’s proposal came to the youngster on two occasions, one before signing the contract with Barcelona and one after his renewal until 2027 was announced. But on both occasions, Toni Fernandez turned down the deal, which is clear that the youngster intends to continue with Barca.
With Hansi Flick already impressed by Toni and closely tracking progress, his official first-team debut might come very soon.
