Negreira Case investigation of UEFA on Barcelona

UEFA could ban Barcelona
UEFA could take serious steps regarding the case and the club should be banned form participating the champions league.
The scam which relates to the payments made to Jose Maria, who was vice president of the Referee technical Committee.
